September 1 marks the beginning of a very special new chapter at BINDER: a new generation of trainees has started their professional journey with us.
For BINDER, training young people in-house is an important part of preparing our company for the future. We want to give young talent the opportunity to build professional expertise, gain practical experience and get to know BINDER from the ground up.
At the same time, our training programs help us retain valuable knowledge within the company and develop the skilled professionals who will strengthen our teams in the years ahead. Our trainees experience our processes, products and ways of working first-hand and gradually take on more responsibility.
They also bring their own perspectives, questions and ideas to the company. This exchange between experience and fresh input is an important part of how we approach vocational training at BINDER.
After their first days at the company, the next activities are already waiting: several team-building events will give our new trainees and their trainers the opportunity to get to know each other better, build connections and grow together as a group.
