Successful Completion of Apprenticeships: Five Young Professionals Begin Their Careers at BINDER

Five young professionals have successfully completed their apprenticeships at BINDER. They are now starting out in various departments.

With a ceremony to present their certificates of completion, five apprentices have successfully finished their apprenticeships at BINDER. At the same time, a new chapter in their professional lives is beginning: All graduates will continue their careers with the company.

During their apprenticeships, they gained familiarity with various areas of the company, took on responsibility, and handled tasks with increasing independence. They were supported in this by their trainers as well as by their colleagues in the respective departments. Professional exchange, open collaboration, and joint activities characterized their time as apprentices.

At the graduation ceremony, HR Director Uwe Werner, Works Council Chair Ewald Storz, HR Specialist Olivia Wetzel, and Logistics Team Leader Atchen Morales recognized the graduates’ achievements and personal development. Uwe Werner encouraged them to remain curious throughout their future careers, to closely follow new developments, and to continuously expand their knowledge.

The new managers Peter Vogel, Christoph Ganter, and Nadine Yetis also welcomed the former trainees to their future teams.

New Responsibilities at BINDER

Following the successful completion of their training, the five new employees will take on the following roles:

• Ramona Bacher: Sales

• Hazal Gezer: Sales

• Edanur Tamer: Customer Logistics

• Rene Ginsel: Warehouse and Internal Logistics

• Lilly Schmidt: Warehouse and Internal Logistics

At the closing ceremony, Training Manager Timo Haag presented the certificates and thanked everyone involved in supporting the trainees throughout their training.

We congratulate Ramona Bacher, Hazal Gezer, Edanur Tamer, Rene Ginsel, and Lilly Schmidt on their successful completion of the program and wish them a great start in their new roles at BINDER.
