BINDER introduces itself to young people: Great response at the "Training Night" and the " PROTUT Training Fair"
After events of this kind were impossible in recent years, BINDER was finally able to present itself to potential trainees again in 2022 in the usual way: Live and in color! First at the end of April at the two-day PROTUT training fair and now, at the end of May, as part of the "Training Night".
The training fair was a great success, " through the exchange with students and parents, we not only had the chance to present our job profiles, but also invite them to the 'Night of Training' - because there we can then show the company from the inside!", said training manager Timo Haag.
"Training Night" enjoys a high status at BINDER and the preparations and ultimately the organization of this event were correspondingly complex. BINDER has become one of the top addresses for young people looking for an apprenticeship in and around Tuttlingen, and this became clear once again on this evening: A total of 300 visitors came to BINDER - and not just because of the culinary delights in the catering tent.
Overall, there was something for everyone: The program included various stations where those interested could ask their questions about all apprenticeships. These were answered mainly by the current apprentices at BINDER, but all of the trainers were also involved. In addition, there were several plant tours and the option to assemble a watch under supervision in the training workshop.
"Very satisfied," Olivia Wetzel, commercial trainer, drew an extremely positive conclusion and added: "300 visitors – that shows us that we've done a lot of things right in recent years!"
