The unique extended warranty of 2+4 years and a 24-hour replacement service (for Germany, England and France) was introduced this year with the new BINDER UF V. The Service.Pro™ concept is an important contribution to maximizing process safety. In addition to a 2+4 warranty extension, it includes a 24-hour replacement service accessible 365 days a year by phone on a service hotline.
The BINDER UF V ULT freezer (ultra low temperature) includes a 2-year warranty standard. An extended warranty on functionality is also offered by BINDER for an additional 48 months. The customer is also entitled to additional services by registering the BINDER UF V and by having the freezer serviced once a year by a service technician or service company certified by BINDER. The customer receives a service packet after registration. A replacement service hotline is available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year in Germany, England and France to report a defect.
The extended warranty includes the replacement service for the chambers free of charge. After reporting a defect, the customer receives a replacement unit within 24 hours to ensure maximum sample safety. The vacuum isolation panels even have a 12-year warranty. Additional services such as IQ/OQ/PQ service, calibration service, and replacement and repair parts are available. This concept provides the customer with maximum security – completely free of charge during the warranty period.
