BINDER at ILMAC 2010: successful showcase for research and development in pharmaceuticals and chemicals
The ILMAC was able to confirm its significance as the most important feeder exhibition in Switzerland. With its own booth, BINDER was represented at the Industry Exhibition for Research and Development, Environmental and Process Technology in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry and Biotechnology held September 21-24, 2010 at Messe Basel. 17,015 visitors were counted in total during the four days. Despite a decline in investment projects with the customers, the expectations of BINDER for ILMAC were met. Apart from the well-known products such as the BINDER C, CB incubators and the BINDER MKF for material testing, the BINDER KBF LQC constant climate chambers specially configured for the pharmaceuticals industry with integrated illumination cassettes and 3D ball-type sensors for optimal measurement of light distribution was also exhibited. Together with its partner VWR, BINDER invited all guests of the exhibition to the LAB Rally, a successful idea that was rewarded at the BINDER booth. Visitors from Switzerland and the neighboring countries also give an upbeat assessment of how the exhibition went. The aspects highlighted in particular were the quality of the products and the positive impact. "Although we notice that there is less investment in process technology in local industry, we are very pleased with how the exhibition has gone." BINDER is internationally oriented, but at ILMAC we clearly focused on the Swiss market in pharmaceuticals and chemicals and are pleased that our most important customers were in attendance," says Thierry Wagner, Sales Manager at BINDER. The next ILMAC will be held September 24 - 27, 2013 at Messe Basel – with BINDER of course!
