Finding your serial number


To be able to help you with your service request, it is imperative that we have the serial number of the BINDER simulation chamber in question. You can find the serial number on the type plate, which is either attached to the left external wall or, if the doors are open, on the inside of your unit. It is also helpful if you can provide the unit number, which is directly next to the serial number.
